"During the last 30 years, I have seen a decline in not only the number of pheasants and pheasant hunters but also a decline in sufficient habitat, as well as land owner willingness to allow access to their land for ethical and conscientious hunters. I am extremely dedicated to improving the overall pheasant hunting experience in Colorado through education, youth involvement, improved habitat and increased landowner participation."
